At this year World Pokemon Tournament they will be giving away an exclusive Pokemon that is
meant to help you catch Pokemon. This Pokemon in know as Smeargle, & it's a level 50 Pokemon it even has some pretty high stats. So make sure you bring you cards to play in the side games and your handheld system with the Pokemon Black & White version 1 & 2 so you can get your own Smeargle. This years tournament is held Vancouver Convention Center.
