The End. The Beginning.
They came from every corner of the world. From every walk of life. They left their identities outside. High born or low, they were the same now. Fathers, sons, sisters, wives. That was left behind. They stood there. Looking. Silently. Breath coming out as wisps in the frozen air. Catching each other's eye, and then instantly looking away.
They didn't know what they'd found. What they'd done. But they knew that each of them would never be the same again. How could they be....after this.
They came here looking for something, though what that was, they could not say. And after 40 days and 40 nights they were changed. They had become a unit. A united front. A pack. Stronger together than alone, they knew that the world was theirs for the taking.
And so, The Agents rose up as one. They knew now who they were. And why they'd come. And they knew that before them, as comrades, allies and friends, lay a bright future ahead.
